Generally speaking, temperature has the greatest impact on honey pommel, so the standard concentration is based on the temperature of 20 degrees Celsius, Grade I Baume: more than 42 degrees, the water content of 19%; Grade II Baume: above 41 degrees, water content 21%; Grade III Baume: 40 degrees, water content 23%; Grade IIII Baum: 39 degrees, water content 25%.
Digital Honey Refractometer only supports pure water (0%) calibration.
Drop 0.2mL~0.3mL pure water into the sample tank and cover shading cover to calibrate.
